01 The type and function of the hanging ring

The hanging ring can be divided into single-arm hanging ring and double-arm hanging ring according to the structure. Its main function is to suspend the hanger to hold the drill when the drill is pulled down. Such as DH150, SH250, where D represents single arm, S represents both arms, H represents the ring, 150, 250 represents the rated load of the ring, the unit is 9.8×103N (tf).

Precautions for the use of hanging rings

(1) The ring must be used in pairs, not in combination, and the effective length difference of the new ring shall not be greater than 3mm; The difference between the effective length of the two rings in use shall not be greater than 5mm (the effective length refers to the distance between the contact point of the upper ear of the ring and the side ear of the hook and the contact point of the lower ear and the elevator; Effective length difference refers to the difference in the effective length of a pair of rings).

(2) Select the appropriate ring according to the load requirements, and prohibit overload use.

(3) The ring shall not have any cracks and welds.

(4) When drilling, the two rings should be tied together to prevent it from swinging and hitting the faucet.

(5) After handling accidents or strong lifting (more than 1.25 times of the rated load of the hanging ring), it should be stopped, and it should be inspected and inspected.

(6) The hanging ring should have a certain degree of freedom of swing in the hook earring, and the phenomenon of unimpeded card.

(7) The hoisting ring should be tied to the safety wire rope on the hook.
