How to use torque anchors correctly?

Torque anchor is a new type of special anchor for screw pump anti-separation. When used in the well, the anchor does not need to be lifted up or down to lower the seat seal. It has good centering performance and keeps the oil pipe and sucker rod in a vertical downward state to avoid eccentric wear of the oil pipe and sucker rod. , easy to operate and good in stability. The three righting blocks are supported on the inner wall of the casing, the cam rotates, and the three clamping blocks expand and anchor at the same time. The force is uniform and the damage to the casing is small. The greater the reaction torque, the greater the anchoring force, and the torque force can reach more than 3000N·m. The anchoring is firm, easy to use, safe and reliable.

Instructions:

1. Select the appropriate torque anchor according to the size of the casing. The torque anchor nut thread is upward and the male thread is downward. Connect it to the lower end of the screw pump stator. Tighten the anchor and pipe string according to the recommended torque for the oil pipe thread.

2. After the stator of the screw pump is lowered to the predetermined depth, apply a torque of 400N·m to the tubing string in a clockwise direction, and then fix the tubing string to the wellhead. At this time, the torque anchor has been anchored on the casing.

3. Unseal: Rotate reversely for 1-5 turns and lift the column.

4. It is recommended to use a tubing centralizer on the tubing at the outlet end of the screw pump and the lower end of the anchor body to reduce vibration.
