1.Periodic inspection
When the winch runs for a period of time, the running part will be worn, the connection part will be loose, the pipeline will not be smooth, and the seal will be aging. If it continues to develop, it will have a negative impact on the use of the equipment. Therefore, in addition to the daily inspections and general maintenance, regular inspections and repairs are still required. This kind of inspection should be attended by professional maintenance personnel, and major repairs (such as replacing the bearing of a certain component) should be carried out at the maintenance station or the maintenance shop.
Daily inspection and maintenance
2.Inspection items per shift:
(1) Whether the bolts connecting the winch and the base are complete and not loose.
(2) Whether the bolts of the fast rope clamping plate are complete and not loose.
(3) Whether the fixing bolts of the brake mechanism are complete and not loose; whether the gap between the friction block and the brake disc is appropriate.
(4) Whether the oil level of the oil pool is within the scale range.
(5) Whether the pressure of the gear oil pump is between 0.1 -0.4MPa.
(6) Whether the chains are well lubricated and tight enough.
(7) The temperature rise of each shaft end bearing.
(8) Whether there is oil leakage at each shaft end, bearing cover and box cover.
(9) The minimum air pressure of the pneumatic tire clutch is 0.7Ma.
(10) Whether there are air leaks in various air valves, air pipelines, joints, etc.
11) Whether there is oil leakage in the lubricating pipeline, whether the nozzles are blocked, and whether the direction of the nozzles is correct.
(12) Whether there is any abnormality in each transmission.
(13) Whether the seals of water air hoists and auxiliary brakes are reliable, and the cooling water circuit should be smooth and free of leakage.
(14) The DC motor runs smoothly without abnormal noise.
