Efficient fracturing. Environmentally friendly and energy saving

It is worth mentioning that this project has taken significant steps towards environmental protection and sustainability. By introducing electric equipment as opposed to fuel-driven machinery, the project seeks to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction objectives. This endeavor could serve as a positive example for similar projects across different regions, whilst improving the lives of local residents, who will be able to breathe cleaner air and enjoy a more pleasant living environment.

The above picture shows employees preparing for fracturing construction, equipped with the latest and most innovative technology. Through effective planning, targeted resource allocation, and comprehensive risk control, the participants in the Jiqing Oilfield Operation Area have ensured that this year's fracturing construction will be carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Efficient fracturing. Environmentally friendly and energy saving

On March 30, the Jiqing Oilfield Operation Area (Jimsar Shale Oil Project Management Department) of Xinjiang Oilfield Company hosted a fracturing commencement ceremony for Jimsar Shale Oil Group, marking the full start of fracturing construction in 2023 for Xinjiang Jimsar National shale oil Demonstration Zone. This event represents an important milestone in the region's efforts to accelerate the development of its shale oil reserves.

This year, a total of 76 wells are expected to be fractured in the area. However, compared to previous years, this year's project has three unique characteristics. Firstly, group fracturing will be carried out for the largest number of wells ever recorded in the region. Secondly, high efficiency measures will be put in place. Cross-chain operation is expected to be leveraged to effectively reduce pressure production interference and shorten the construction period of each individual well. Finally, the project is more environmentally friendly than ever before. It is equipped with 34 sets of electric drive fracturing equipment, which are expected to replace 15,000 tons of diesel oil and reduce carbon emissions by about 37,000 tons.

Overall, the commencement ceremony of the Jimsar Shale Oil Group has set the stage for a successful start to this year's fracturing construction within this National shale oil Demonstration Zone. It is undoubtedly an exciting development for the region and its stakeholders, who remain committed to developing the local energy industry sustainably and responsibly into the future.
