Inspection method: First check the ground, pump working condition, pipeline. Treatment method: Emergency repair should be organized for ground reasons, and drilling fluid treatment defoaming. After the drilling tool or nozzle is punctured, start drilling immediately, check the drilling tool in detail, do not use the turntable shackle during drilling, do not brake hard to prevent the drilling tool from tripping and breaking. In case of loss, drilling fluid should be continuously pumped out immediately.

The reason is that the swivel bearing has problems (bad, lack of butter, etc.) the flushing tube disc is too tight, the kelly is bent and the turntable is fierce, the faucet anti-twist rope is not bolted according to the regulations, and the big hook is not locked. After the hose is wrapped around the kelly, the kelly can be pulled by lifting pliers, and the faucet or kelly can be removed if it is seriously entangled; If the flushing pipe is too tight and lightly wrapped around the kelly pipe, the rope clamp can be used to fix the faucet and turn slowly for a period of time.
20. What is the reason for the drop in the hanging weight of the middle finger? How to deal with it?
The reason is that the weight gauge is bad or the drill pipe is broken.
The treatment method: first lift the drill pipe to check the weight gauge sensor, whether the pressure transmission pipeline and the table or the joint are leaking oil, whether the parts are damaged, and then re-calibrate the weight gauge.
